POST-HARVEST OPERATIONS MANAGER - Springfield, VT

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Post-Harvest Operations Manager to join our year-round team. This is a critical leadership role that oversees the flow of hundreds of thousands of pounds of organic produce from our fields to our CSA members and wholesale customers.

This role combines hands-on post-harvest management with team leadership—training and supervising the packing shed crew, directing daily workflow, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations.
