Our Thanksgiving CSA Box is a celebration of the fall harvest—everything but the turkey! Our gorgeous organic produce is freshly picked from our fields and ready for your holiday table.

Inside the box you’ll find over 20 pounds of the most beautiful mix of late-season vegetables! Perfect to feed a large Thanksgiving gathering or a smaller gathering (and more veggies for you to enjoy for up to a month or more). They will store perfectly!

You’ll also receive a beautiful chef-created Recipe Set to help you turn this box into a complete Thanksgiving feast—simple, elegant dishes that let the ingredients shine.

  • Potatoes - 3 lbs
    Carrots - 2-3 lbs
    Beets - 2 lbs
    Celery Root - 2 lbs
    Rutabaga - 2 lbs
    Green Cabbage - 1 head
    Red Cabbage - 1 head
    Sweet Potatoes - 3 lbs
    Butternut Squash - 3+ lbs
    Leeks - bunch
    Fresh Cranberries - 8 oz. -Certified Organic from our farmer friends on Cape Cod.

  • Choose pick up at the farm in Springfield, VT or in downtown Walpole, NH on Friday, November 21st or Monday, November 24th.

  • Approx 3 pounds of Ecologically grown Northern Spy apples from our friends at Champlain Orchards in Vermont. Not Certified Organic.

    About the variety…Northern Spy apples are a large, tart, and juicy apple variety known for being excellent for baking, with the saying "spys for pies" highlighting their popularity in cooking. They have crisp, white flesh, a thin skin, and a mix of red and green coloring, and are also good for fresh eating!

    Only available as an add-on to the Thanksgiving Produce Box.
